In response to Covid-19: We are adhering to the CDC, State, and Federal guidelines to ensure our projects are progressing safely. We have implemented processes that include mandating those who don’t feel well stay home, daily questionnaires to identify exposure risks, temperature checks prior to entering a site, social distancing measures while working, enhanced hygiene measures, reducing on-site meetings and restricting access to all non-essential visitors. By adding these measures to our standard safety protocol, Gardner/Fox continues to prioritize job site safety and the wellbeing of all involved.
Gardner/Fox is committed to creating a safe and hazard-free work environment for all. We take great strides to create a culture of safety that includes our employees and extends to your staff, facility users, and family. All of our Field Personnel and Project Managers are OSHA 30 certified, and for those of our clients who are located in Philadelphia, they have completed the City mandated OSHA COVID-19 training certification. We additionally provide training in the EPA Lead RRP safety program.
Our WorkSafe safety committee uses education and knowledge to create safe workspaces. The encompassing goal is zero injuries, on-site, and after the workday is done. Our committee takes the care of our employees seriously, keeping them up to date with the safest practices and performing random site checks regularly, to assure they remain hazard-free. Across the board, whether on a high rise, in a laboratory, or in a family kitchen, safety is our top priority.
