Operating as a CM (negotiated contract), we work closely with our client and the entire team to deliver a successful project.  Depending on when we are brought on as part of the team, this can include overseeing design, pre-construction services – including constructability, budgeting, scheduling, & early procurement – and construction oversight.  This form of management is transparent and collaborative with our client and the entire team.

Operating as a GC (lump-sum contract), we work closely with our client and their design team post design.  We oversee the construction of the project, executing the details as laid out in the developed design.  We work closely with the architect and engineers to keep everyone up to date on the progress, identify any potential hurdles early on, and offer prompt solutions to them to keep the project on schedule.

We use Building Information Modeling (BIM), which allows us to virtually construct your project and avoid the traditional design-bid-build process’s pitfalls. This software allows us to identify conflicts and issues during the design process, apply the needed resolutions, and move into a more streamlined, smoother, and quicker construction of your project. This also gives us greater budget control and adherence throughout the project by identifying cost drivers earlier and finding engineered solutions before construction.
