This business, like many small businesses, evolved from a friendship between two ambitious young professionals. Our founders Brook Gardner, an engineer from Virginia, and Mark Fox, an architect from Kentucky, discovered a common interest in designing and renovating buildings when they became neighbors in Center City, Philadelphia. They founded their own design and consulting firm in 1987, which has grown into Gardner/Fox.
Gardner/Fox has been providing Philadelphia and the Main Line with award winning design and construction for over 30 years.
