Philadelphia, Pennsylvania - Gardner/Fox renovated the historic Ridgeland Mansion and barn in Fairmount Park for use by The Wellness Community, a non-profit group dedicated to helping cancer patients and their families. The historically sensitive renovation updated the mansion's interior and exterior. The rear porch was converted into a sunroom and activity area. Details of the renovation include a new asphalt shingle roof, bathroom renovations, a new ducted split system central air conditioning system, a new parking lot and exterior lighting, and a new septic system. Gardner/Fox provided architecture and construction management services to complete the renovation.
