Philadelphia Business Executives, or PBE as it’s known by members, conducted a special ceremony today to honor Harvey Steinberg, one of its founding members. Harvey recently announced his retirement from Bohren’s Moving Company as well as his active participation in PBE. The ceremony included several speeches and the presentation of a plaque by Keith Baldwin of Spikes Trophies.
“Harvey has been the leader and life blood of PBE for the past 37 years. He will be dearly missed!” says Gardner/Fox president and PBE member Brook Gardner.
Mr. Steinberg will continue with his responsibilities as the Chairman of the Board of Directors for Central High School and has promised occasional visits to his friends and colleagues at PBE.
PBE is a professional organization whose only purpose is to develop and promote business for its members. Membership is open to successful corporations interested in future growth and is contingent upon approval by the Board of Directors.
