Philadelphia, Pennsylvania – Located in the old BUDD complex in Philadelphia this $4 million fit-out project is comprised of a 30,000 square foot dialysis unit. Currently the largest dialysis center in the northeast, the facility includes 64 dialysis stations, a training/conference center, 3 dialysis water equipment rooms and several laboratories. The project included completely new electrical, plumbing, dialysis water (RO and DI) and HVAC systems.

Prior to Fresenius Medical Care’s purchase of The Renal Care Group, Gardner/Fox completed fit outs of dialysis units at multiple Renal Care Group locations including: Egg Harbor Township, Cape May, and Whiting, NJ; and East Norriton, PA.
