In the heart of a city known for its vibrant culture and entrepreneurial spirit, Philadelphia, the story of two brothers who turned their brewing dream into reality captures the essence of local passion and opened Two Locals Brewery in University City. Gardner/Fox is proud to have managed the construction of this 6,400 square foot brewery and taproom. Designed by Strada Architecture, the space features a functional brewery with production distilling tanks, a cold box, a tap room, bar, open dining area, and a kitchen for hand-held foods, all adorned with high-end finishes.
