20160906-img_20362Gardner/Fox completed the renovation of the 53,000 square foot shell that is now the headquarters of the security company UAS. The renovation included new open office space, employee lounge, conference rooms, and warehouse space.

One of the most interesting pieces of this renovation is ‘Central Station’. This is the main hub of information for UAS, which included raised computer flooring, two giant project screens, a climate controlled server room, and a whopping 41 miles of wiring!

Our history

This business, like many small businesses, evolved from a friendship between two ambitious young professionals. Brook Gardner, an engineer from Virginia, and Mark Fox, an architect from Kentucky, discovered a common interest in designing and renovating buildings when they became neighbors in Center City, Philadelphia. They founded their own design and consulting firm in 1987, which has grown into Gardner/Fox.
