Gardner/Fox is proud to announce the commencement of 125,000sf of tenant fit-out at 3675 Market Street, Wexford’s newest addition to uCity Square.  The 14-story building, under construction,  will provide premier office and lab environments with high ceilings and efficient floor plates.

Our project includes an $18M fit-out of six floors for tenants, Cambridge Innovation Center (CIC), the Science Center and First Hand Labs.  CIC will occupy the second and third floors, providing high-quality, flexible office space, conference rooms, a fully stocked café and gaming room, high-end furniture and operational and technical support for a diverse group of entrepreneurs and innovators from across the global startup community.

The Science Center will be relocating their corporate offices to the fourth floor and Quorum, the gathering space for the region’s innovation community will occupy part of the first and second floors with state of the art meeting and pre-function space.   CIC and Science Center will share the fifth and sixth floors, providing wet and biological laboratory space for incubator start-up companies and the First Hand Lab on the fifth floor will provide educators and students a collaborative learning space and the opportunity to learn new ways of thinking through formal programming and exposure to the laboratory environment.
