Gardner/Fox designed and constructed a custom family room addition and kitchen renovation to a Main Line colonial revival home. A 14-foot island provides seating and houses a warming drawer, microwave and copper sink. Eight-food French patio doors open out from the kitchen to a flagstone patio. The family room features a vaulted beaded board ceiling with decorative beams and a stone fireplace.
