Construction Bid
After all the details have been figured out, we will present a final construction cost proposal based on the plans developed in the design phase.

Construction Contract
Construction will commence after both parties sign an easy-to-understand contract clearly detailing our obligations.

Kick-Off Meeting
Prior to the start of construction, design and construction team leaders will meet with you at your home to review the day-to-day plan for construction.

Construction
Finally, the bricks and sticks phase! The lead carpenter will keep your home as secure, neat, and dust-free as possible. Weekly meetings keep the lines of communication open.

Punchlist
Punchlist is the final phase of construction. Any remaining loose ends will be noted and tied up to complete the project

5-Year Warranty
All residential projects are covered by a 5-year written warranty. You won’t find a better warranty or a better team to back it up!
