Jaffrey Road in Malvern, PA - Gardner/Fox provided design and construction services to remodel this 1930's historic reproduction home on the Main Line. The project included bath, kitchen, great room and sun room renovations and a new two-story one-car garage addition with a second floor office. The renovated great room features custom built-in bookcases, new windows to eliminate draft, and a two-story stone veneer feature wall. A new roof with copper down spouts and an underground drainage system for water management completed the project.
