Caldwell Lane in Wayne, PA - Gardner/Fox provided design and construction services to create a sunroom addition and deck with a stone terrace and low garden wall. The goal of the addition was to create an area where the family could gather and relax and enjoy the outdoor season.

Stain and scratch resistant Azek decking and railing was selected for the project because it performs well overtime and under pressure. All decking and railing materials are mold and mildew resistant and impervious to moisture and insects.
