A kitchen and breakfast room fills the first level of the addition with a master suite above. The tiny existing kitchen was converted into a bathroom. French doors in the kitchen open to a new patio at the rear. The master suite features a vaulted ceiling, his and hers baths, and a balcony overlooking the lawn and rose garden.
