Wayne Avenue in Wayne, PA - Gardner/Fox provided design and construction services to complete custom construction of a mixed-use detached garage and pool house on the Main Line. The new structure houses a two car garage as well as a kitchenette, bath, changing area, and second floor media room.

The custom pool side features a built-in stone fireplace/grill with an outdoor dining area nestled beneath an open-trellis. Privacy fencing and attractive landscaping surrounds the pool area.
