Dutton Mill Road - Gardner/Fox designed and constructed custom renovations and multiple additions to a 1960's two-story colonial. The project was designed and constructed to replicate the appearance of an older Pennsylvania farmhouse, while serving the needs of today's lifestyle. The additions increased the living areas on the first and second floors of the house and included an enlarged kitchen, a renovated family room with vaulted ceilings, and a new sunroom with radiant in-floor heating and custom tile work.
