Wyncote, PA - Gardner/Fox provided construction management services to build a 9,100 square foot pad-site restaurant. The work included budget development as well as coordination of landlord, tenant and construction teams. Complete commercial service kitchen construction included exhaust and fire suppression systems, cooking lines and food storage facilities. The full service dining area includes buffet bars, an ice cream stand, and soda service stations.
