Ardmore, Pennsylvania - Gardner/Fox renovated and expanded a busy animal hospital in the commercial district of Ardmore. The existing porch was enclosed and converted to a new reception/waiting area and visitor bathroom.The pet friendly waiting area keeps pets and owners comfortable in the winter with radiant in-floor heat. A new exam room was added and the existing exam rooms were renovated. The new entry accommodates handicap accessibility. Gardner/Fox provided architecture and construction management services.
