King of Prussia, Pennsylvania - Gardner/Fox completely gutted and renovated the exterior and interior of an existing 50,000 square foot, 30 year-old building. The completed corporate office facility includes all new interior and exterior finishes, electrical, mechanical, high-tech communications and fire alarm systems. Exterior renovations included completely re-cladding the exterior with new window systems, an exterior synthetic stucco wall system, and a new steel and glass entrance tower. The parking areas were re-planned and expanded to provide 230 parking spaces. Gardner/Fox provided architecture & construction management services.
