Philadelphia, PA - Gardner/Fox provided construction management services to fit-out 9,835 square foot of new laboratory and office space in the Science Center at 3711 Market Street. The work included mechanical, electrical, and lab waste plumbing systems, baked enamel lab casework and chemical resistant counters, an autoclave, a glass washer, deionized and reverse osmosis water systems, piped medical gas, systems furniture, and a conference center.
