Philadelphia, PA - The construction of the Fresenius Dialysis Center by Gardner/Fox was selected as the Small Project of the Year by Mid-Atlantic Construction Magazine. Located in the old BUDD complex in Philadelphia, this fit-out project is comprised of a 30,000 square foot, 64-chair dialysis unit (currently the largest dialysis center in the northeast).

The scope of the project also included a training/conference center, three dialysis water equipment rooms, and laboratories as well as completely new electrical, plumbing, dialysis water (RO and DI) and HVAC systems.
